Springboro Grand Reopening & Centennial Celebration

The Renovation Project is coming to a close. If all goes as planned, the Springboro branch will reopen with full services available by September 22, 2023. 

A Grand Reopening & Centennial Celebration is scheduled for September 22, 2023 at 3:30 - 6 p.m.  At 4 p.m., there will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony by Springboro Chamber of Commerce and Chamber 45005. 

In addition, there will be live music by David Thornton, a scavenger hunt, balloon twisting, a photo booth, and giveaways. 

Returning to In-Person Storytimes

If the children’s staff at the library seem especially smiley these days, it’s because we are excited about the return of in-person storytimes. Though video storytimes were extremely fun to make and share, there’s nothing quite like seeing children’s faces as they enjoy stories and songs in a traditional storytime setting.
