Dates: September 9, October 7, November 11, and December 9

Join us for a Yoga and Meditation series at the Franklin Library on various Fridays from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. End your work week with Yoga and Meditation! Instructor Mary Rose Metter will guide the class through stretching, breathing, and relaxation. Please bring a yoga mat, towel, or blanket. You may bring yoga blocks, bands, or whatever else you would like to use.  Chairs are available for those who need to modify positions. All levels and abilities are welcome. Registration is NOT required.
