Join us at the Franklin Library for an hour-long class of yoga and meditation suitable for all levels.  Our certified instructor will guide you through a gentle and invigorating yoga practice that involves movement, breathing techniques, and meditation.  Chairs are available for those who need to modify positions.  

Dates:  August 7, October 2, November 6, December 4 (No class in September)
Time:  6:30-7:30pm
Location:  Franklin Branch
Free.  No registration required.  Ages 16 & up.  All abilities are welcome.  Please bring a mat and water.
