Join us at the Franklin Library for a free hour-long class of yoga and meditation suitable for all levels. Our certified instructor will guide you through a gentle and invigorating yoga practice that involves movement, breathing techniques, and meditation. Chairs are available for those who need to modify positions.
Franklin Library from 6:30pm-7:30pm
Ages 16 and up. Registration is not required. All levels and abilities are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat and water.
