Read and complete the Meeting Room Request Policy and Form and return it to the Springboro Library to request a reservation for the Springboro Meeting Room or Garland Conference Room. The Springboro Library offers 4 study rooms that do not require reservation.
Springboro Meeting Room
The Springboro Meeting Room is able to hold 70 people with chairs and 50 people with tables and chairs. There are two magnetic white boards and a large monitor equipped for displaying content from laptops, personal devices, and other video equipment.
Garland Conference Room
The Garland Conference Room is able to hold 13 people with tables and chairs. There is a large monitor equipped for displaying content from laptops, personal devices, and other video equipment.
Study Rooms
There are 4 study rooms that can hold 4-6 people in each room. They are available on a first come, first serve basis.
