Beginners' Pilates

Dates:  January 24, February 28, March 27, April 24

In this Pilates class you will learn basic Pilates principles, how to change your posture to improve pain syndromes, strengthen the entire body and core muscles, and improve flexibility.  Please bring a mat and water bottle.  

Springboro Library from 6:30-7:30pm

Ages 16 & up.  Class is free and no registration is required.  All levels and abilities are welcome.
