End your work week with Yoga and Meditation. Instructor Mary Rose Metter will guide the class through stretching, breathing, and relaxation. Please bring a yoga mat, towel, or blanket. You may also bring yoga blocks, bands, or whatever else you would like to use. Chairs are available for those who need to modify positions.
Ages 16 and up. Registration is not required. All levels and abilities are welcome.
