Teen Programs
Registration is required for all programs.
You may stop by either branch or call to register.
All programs are for teens, ages 11-18.
Teen Crafternoon Thursdays
- March 23, April 13
- 3:30 - 5 p.m.
- Franklin Branch
- A variety of new supplies will be provided for each program along with several project ideas. Now you have the opportunity to make a craft you missed in a previous program, or the chance to make a favorite craft again. You can follow along with a new craft, or work on your own project. So, get your creative juices flowing, and come enjoy a Thursday crafternoon with us!
Registration for the following programs will begin the first week of April.
Mother's Day Craft
- Friday, May 12
- 3 - 4:30 p.m.
- Franklin Branch
- Come and learn how to make beautiful roses out of paper. They will be the perfect gift to give to your mother, or someone else that is special to you.
Father's Day Craft
- Friday, June 16
- 3 - 4:30 p.m.
- Franklin Branch
- Come and personalize a pair of drink coasters. They will be the perfect gift to give to your father, or someone else that is special to you.
Thursday Crafternoon
- Thursday, July 6
- 3 - 4:30 p.m.
- Franklin Branch
- Join us for a fun crafternoon at the library. A variety of supplies will be provided, all you need is to bring your creativity.
Harry Potter Trivia
- Friday, July 28
- 3 - 5 p.m.
- Franklin Branch
- How well do you know the world of Harry Potter? Come to the Franklin branch and find out! If you need to brush up on your knowledge, check out the Harry Potter Trivia page on our website. There will be several rounds of trivia, and the opportunity to win some small prizes.
Crafting with Duct Tape
- Thursday, August 10
- 3 - 4:30 p.m.
- Franklin Branch
- The new school year is just around the corner, so come and make supplies and other crafty things using only duct tape. If you have anything at home that you'd like to personalize, go ahead and bring that too!
