2022 Teen Programs

The Franklin-Springboro Public Library will begin in-person programming again in January 2022!
Each program is offered once at each branch. Please look at the information below to figure out which dates and times work best for you.

Registration is required for all programs.
You may call either branch to register.


Wood Slice Watercolor Galaxy
Time: 3:30 - 5:00 p.m.
Ages: 11-18
Locations:
   Springboro - Wednesday, January 19
   Franklin - Thursday, January 20
Description: Bring a little bit of the outdoors inside this winter when you paint a beautiful night sky on a small piece of wood. Not artistic? No problem! No two night skies are the same, so there is no wrong way to paint one.


Love Grows Here
Time: 3:30 - 5:00 p.m.
Ages: 11-18

   Springboro - Wednesday, February9
   Franklin - Thursday, February 10
Description: Do you need something for your Valentine, friend, or yourself this Valentine's Day? Come to the library to decorate a small planter and floral arrangement! All supplies are provided, but feel free to bring anything else you think you might want to decorate your planter with.


Hobbit Door Wreath
Time: 3:30 - 5:00 p.m.
Ages: 11-18

   Springboro - Wednesday, March 9
   Franklin - Thursday, March 10
Description: As JRR Tolkien said, a hobbit-hole means comfort. Now you can bring a little comfort into your home with your own hobbit door wreath! All supplies are provided, but feel free to bring any small trinkets or treasures you think you may want to include as well.


Crafting With My Gnomies
Time: 3:30 - 5:00 p.m.
Ages: 11-18
Locations:
   Springboro - Wednesday, April 6
   Franklin - Thursday, April 7
Description: Join us at the library to make a mischievous little gnome pal. Your gnomie is made of felt and glue - so no sewing or artistic experience is necessary. (Note: We will be using glue guns.)
