Yoga Series (Part 2 of 3) - Basics of Yoga

Have you ever wanted to learn what this thing called "yoga" is all about?  Would you like a refresher on your current yoga practice?  Join Renee to learn and practice the most common yoga poses and how to adapt them for your body needs.  You'll learn how to incorporate poses into your day to improve your balance, lengthen and stretch muscles in your upper body/neck, hips, lower back, and legs.

Wear loose fitting clothing or workout clothes.  Bring your own props if you have any.  Some props will be available for use if needed.
